TalkThere is a conversation guide for travellers: dialogues, vocabulary and pronunciations for nine Asian languages. By using it you agree to the following.
What you buy
On the website, one language or all languages are bought once, with no subscription, through Lemon Squeezy. In the iOS app the same two purchases go through Apple's App Store. A purchase made on one platform does not carry to the other: the app has no account, and Apple does not pass us your identity.
Refunds for iOS purchases are handled by Apple under its rules. For a website purchase, write to us within fourteen days at theo@talkthere.com.
The trial
Every new user gets fourteen days with everything open and no card. After that, one language stays free to browse; mastery tracking, reviews, offline mode, breakdowns, slow audio and the “Street Talk” situation need a purchase.
The content
Dialogues, translations and pronunciations are prepared with care and reviewed, but a living language has regional variants and registers we do not all cover. Use the content as a starting point for talking to people, not as a legal or medical reference. The content remains TalkThere's; you may use it for your own learning, not redistribute it.

The service is provided as is. We do what it takes to keep it available and accurate, without guaranteeing that it is at every moment. These terms are governed by French law.
