A question, a word that sounds off, a purchase that does not show up: write to theo@talkthere.com. A person answers, usually within two days.
Purchases in the iOS app
- A purchase is missing after changing phones: open Settings in the app, then “Restore purchases”. You need to be signed in to the same Apple ID.
- A purchase made on talkthere.com does not carry into the app, and the other way round: the two stores are separate.
- For a refund of an iOS purchase, go through reportaproblem.apple.com.
Offline
Dialogues and words already ship with the app. Pronunciations download on first play, or all at once from Settings before you leave. That whole-language download is part of Pro.
A mistake in the content
Tell us the language, the word and what is wrong. Corrections are checked by speakers and land in the next update.
